Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tin (400g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 ts dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan
- Brown chicken thighs on both sides, and set aside
- In the same frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, peppers, salt and pepper, Stir well
- Return the chicken to the frying pan and transfer to the oven
- Bake for 30 minutes
