Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tin (400g) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 ts dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof frying pan
  • Brown chicken thighs on both sides, and set aside
  • In the same frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until soft.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, peppers, salt and pepper, Stir well
  • Return the chicken to the frying pan and transfer to the oven
  • Bake for 30 minutes
  • Serve with crispy bread or your favorite side dish
