Around the World in 80 Dishes

I love to explore local food and different tastes, and when I am out traveling around the world, I always prefer to order a local dish instead of something safe. To be honest, not every dish has been a hit for me, but I’ve stumbled upon some real gems I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Even though I’m lucky to have a job that lets me travel to cool places, I usually find myself in the kitchen cooking my own meals instead of dining at fancy restaurants.
But that does not mean that I must stop exploring the tastes of the world.

This is the main reason why I developed my AI tool “The Recipe Detective”. With this tool, I can simply type in the type of food I’m craving or the cuisine I want to explore, and it does all the legwork for me. It finds a recipe that matches what I’ve got in my pantry and fits into my available time.
Then all I need to do is to cook and enjoy.

In my project “Around the world in 80 dishes”, or more exactly 195 dishes, I’m going to try cooking recipes from different countries around the world, one by one, and I’ll let you in on all the delicious details. All the recipes will be found using The Recipe Detective.

Notice! I just want to say this now instead of getting spammed in the comments because of the recipes not being authentic. That’s not really the focus of this project. It’s more about trying out new things and discovering global flavors with ingredients I can find locally. But, if you know how I can tweak my recipes to make them tastier or more authentic with local ingredients, please share in the comments!
