Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 400g beef mince
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Jasmine rice (for serving)

Instructions

  • Start cooking the Jasmin rice according to directions on package
  • Cut onion into small dices
  • Cut red bell pepper into thin about 2-3cm sticks
  • Mince garlic
  • Cut spring onion into slices

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  • Increase heat and add beef mince, cooking until browned.
  • Stir in bell pepper, soy sauce, fish sauce, spring onion, and chili flakes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve over jasmine rice.
